On Saturday, April 30, 2022 God dispensed seven angels from heaven to carry our beloved Christian Damond Williams home for his Eternal rest. He wiped my tears, eased my pain, and whispered, "I will give you rest and peace". I could not stay another day to laugh, to love, or to ride because God's seven angels wanted me to come home and play. Public viewing for Christian will be held on Wednesday, May 11, 2022 from 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at Gardenview Funeral Chapel, LLC Celebration of life will be held on Thursday, May 12, 2022 at 1:30 p.m. in The Coy C. Williamson Jr Memorial Chapel of Gardenview. Interment will follow in Athens Memory Gardens . Christian Damond Williams was born July 9, 2002 to Dewayne Williams and Christina Howard. Before birth Christian was adopted by his paternal grandparents Willie and Vivian Annette Williams. He was raised in the church where he enjoyed going to Bible study and reading his Bible under the leadership of Reverend John Mark Thomas. Rev Thomas and his family is a huge part of our family. We were always included in family vacations and Rev. Thomas would take Christian and his cousins to the Atlanta Braves games, where Christian fell in love with going to the games and his interest in baseball. He started his early education at home with his mother Vivian Annette Williams, learning his letters, numbers, shapes and colors. Although Christian had hyperthymesia, he completed his education at Benton Elementary school, East Jackson middle school, and East Jackson comprehensive high school where he graduated in 2020. Christian made a lot of friends but starting from pre-K all the way up until God called Christian home, Hunter Hardwick has been a friend and a brother to him. They never lost touch to where they were recently planning a get together. When Christian was younger and just starting pre-K, people will see Christian in scrubs all the time. He wore this because he knew beyond a shadow of a doubt that he was going to be a doctor but all changed when Uncle Derrick joined the Army in 2010, Christian knew then he wanted to be in the military. He had to wear his army uniform. Christian had a love for all sports and he wanted to play football, basketball, baseball and soccer but he could not do so during school due to medical issues. Christian was always determined to do what brought him joy. Although he couldn't play for the school, he enjoyed playing sports outside with his siblings and cousins. He also enjoyed playing his video game with his family and friends. Christian was passionate about EVERYTHING pertaining to motorcycles because of his big cousin, Mario Wymbs. When Mario showed up riding his bike doing his treats, Christian fell in love and knew this was what God put him on this earth to do. He wanted to follow in Mario's footsteps, who is the Founder & National Vice President of Dirty South Stunners MC Atlanta, GA Chapter, and be a member. Mario taught Christian how to do his 1st burn out, they worked together on each other's bike, and His biggest love was riding his motorcycle with his Big Cousin Mario, with the wind blowing past them and music playing in their ears. He was proceeded in death by his grandfather, Kenneth Howard. His loving memory will forever be cherished by his parents Willie and Vivian Williams, birth mother Christina Howard, birth father Dewayne Williams, stepmother Kelley Williams, his three sisters, Brooklynn, Triniti, Baylie, and brother Kyrie Williams, Uncle Derrick and Aunt Asia Williams and their three children, Emoni, Rylei, and Kylin Williams, Grandmother Theresa Howard(Freddy), Step Grandmother, Paula Joiner, Step Grandfather, Lloyd McKee, Great grandparents John Frank and Mary Frances Wymbs, Great Grandmother Marybelle Haynes, and a host of Uncles, Aunts, Cousins ,and friends. He will deeply be missed by ALL.ServicesFuneral ServiceGardenview Funeral Chapel | Athens, GA605 Olympic Dr.Athens - 30601
