Miss. Anglia Meadows was born June 3, 1986 to the late Andera Meadows and Darryl Gresham of Stephens, Georgia. Anglia attended Oglethorpe County high school systems and relocated to Athens during the younger years of her life.

Anglia was well known and loved in her community. She was a woman of faith and she loved the Lord. She was baptized at an early age at Oconee Baptist Church under Reverend Ronnie Swoopes. She continued to profess her love and faith in God when she became a member of Mount Zion Baptist Church under the leadership of Bishop Calvin Turner.

Anglia made her transition to be with the Lord on the afternoon of August 20, 2026. Anglia was preceded in death by her mother, Andera Meadows, and her brother Tamaris Meadows.

Anglia is survived by her children, Rashawn, Tanira, Abrianna, Troy, and Tarahji Bannis. She is also survived by her sweet granddaughter Camira (Tru) Kelly, whom she absolutely loved and adored. Anglia is also survived by an extensive family that includes her grandmother Louise Gresham, her father, Darryl Gresham, and five brothers; Quincy Meadows (Tish), Darryl Fleming, Tavaris Smith, Trellis & Donterris Gresham. As well as five sisters; Tiffany (Bennie) & Quanisha Meadows (Edward Pierce), Tangineka Fleming, Tamarone & Santanna Gresham. Anglia also leaves to cherish her memory, a very special cousin; Riny (Iris) Meadows. As well some very special bonus family members; Amanda Riden, Brook Whitlow, Genesis Lague’rre & Demarcus Appling whom she loved dearly . Anglia is survived by a host of aunts, uncles, great aunts, cousins, extended family and friends. Anglia is loved by all who knew her and was a flower to the world around her.
