Annie "Polly" Tate, 71, of Athens, died on April 13, 2015. Survivors include her dauthers, Cassandra Tate and Robbin Tate; sisters, Susan Smith Little and Gwendolyn Smith; brother, Tariqu Abdul-Axiz Abo (Anthony Smith); five grandchildren, three great grandchildren, other relative and friends. Funeral services will be held at 12:00 P.M. on Saturday, April 18, from Ebenezer Baptist Church, West.
