LM Allen

Mr. LM Allen was born in Carlton, GA. He attended Southside High School where he participated in band and various school activities.

Mr. Allen gave his life to Christ at an early age. He joined Shiloh Baptist Church and served faithfully for many years. He held various manufacturing jobs, but his most valuable job was serving as a caregiver to various family members over the years. Also, Mr. Allen provided transportation to his family, neighbors, and friends.

Mr. Allen was preceded in death by his parents Mr. Joe Allen, Sr. and Mrs. Mary Lizzie Allen, his loving daughter, Kimberly Allen. Also, his siblings Estelle (Eugene) Watson, Odessa (Jimmy) Freeman, Richard (Bettye) Allen, Joe Allen Jr., and Christine Allen preceded him in death.

Mr. Allen was a teacher of faith, a giver of hope, and God’s earthly example of Love. He was an amazing father, grandfather, uncle, and friend who always provided for his family and others. He was a servant of God. His personality and remarks would light up a room and lift your spirit. Mr. Allen trusted in the Lord and encouraged everyone to pray and give the Lord some time every day. Those who will treasure his memories are his children Jermain (Cherilyn) Allen, Tammy Allen, and Sandra Allen, siblings Mamie Allen and Bobby (Ethel) Allen, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, a host of nieces and nephews, cousins, and friends.
