“I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith.” — 2 Timothy 4:7 (NKJV)

On Thursday, July 30, 2026, God, in His infinite wisdom, gently called TyAmber La’Shea Lester from labor to eternal rest. Although her earthly journey was brief, her life was filled with love, compassion, faith, and purpose. She leaves behind a legacy that will forever live in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.

TyAmber was born on August 19, 2002, in Athens, Georgia, to Durinda Towns and Tyrone Lester.

She graduated from Cedar Shoals High School, where she formed lasting friendships and began pursuing her dream of serving others. After graduation, she became a Certified Nursing Assistant (CAN) and a Certified Phlebotomist. With a caring heart and a servant’s spirit, TyAmber dedicated herself to healthcare while continuing her education in pursuit of becoming a registered nurse.

At an early age, TyAmber accepted Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior. Her faith helped shape the compassionate and loving young woman she became. She had a beautiful smile, a caring heart, and a quiet strength that touched the lives of family, friends, coworkers, and everyone blessed to know her.

Though she will be deeply missed, her love, kindness, and the memories she created will remain forever in the hearts of those she leaves behind.

TyAmber leaves to cherish her precious memories: Her loving mother, Durinda Towns(Ronny); Her devoted father, Tyrone Lester (Nikki); Her beloved siblings:Jamar Lester,Jamiyah Harris,Nyana Lester, and Tyrone Lester, Jr.Her cherished nephew, Jakobi Lester; Her beloved niece, Khalani Harris; As well as a host of loving aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family members, and dear friends who will forever treasure her life and legacy.

Though our hearts are broken, we rejoice in knowing that TyAmber is now resting safely in the arms of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Her memory will continue to inspire us, and her love will remain with us always.

“He will wipe away every tear from their eyes; there shall be no more death, nor sorrow, nor crying. There shall be no more pain, for the former things have passed away.”
